A: Sample: 5-7 working days after everything confirmed. Production: Our regular lead time is 7-15 working days after confirming artwork and payment. It depend on your products & quantities.
2. Q: What's your minimum order quantity?
A: MOQ for full sublimation is 5pcs, customized special fabric needs 300pcs.
3. Q: Can I get some discounts?
A: Yes, depending on your order amount, the more you order, the cheaper it willl be.
4. Q: Can I have my logo on the product?
A: Yes, all products can be customized, it's more than logos and brand; colors, size, patterns can be changed require.
5. Q: How do I check the quality of products?
A: We have experienced QC team of our own and we also accept the inspection of your QC or the QC from third parties.
6. Q: Can I get refund if there are some problems with the goods?
A: Yes, we have our refund policies for different situations.
